If you can't figure this much out yourself you probably shouldn't be riding a bike.. Too general, no useful info here at all. for a _real_ brake bleed instructional vid. I saw this and learned how to bleed my Juicy 5's here, see "related videos" at the right and select" Avid_Juicy7_Bleed by SRAMtech.
