  • I want to practice yoga but I also want to lift weights. My problem is I don't know how I could make it work without over-exercising or not working out regularly enough for either. How do you manage to do them both, mind me asking?

  • @EllyMcCormack Hi. I don't lift weights. You may have seen some dumbbells in my videos...I was using those in 2010 to rehab my shoulders after an injury...but other than than that....the only weight I lift is my own.
