Thank you iceman. TONY (not Miguel) Batista is HISPANIC. Also, the batting stance is nothing more than a FULL open stance - face the pitcher, and then keep your legs at the same position but turn nothing but your upper body off to the side. When the pitch is delivered he uses that leverage to slide right into a generic stance. Also, it's from last season in Japan (now he's in MLB). Every time I've seen him get hit with the ball, he does the same thing; just habit.
