@poetess704 you can definitely get them at most Asian groceries like the Korean supermarket but many farmer's markets have them too :) they're really good roasted in the oven. some of them come out an amazing golden color and are very naturally sweet. others tend to come out a bit tough like potatoes and more white but they still have a nice flavoring to them.
