i live in hk. and in my place, (the town which i live - tai po, the beverly hills (not including people who was asleep) no one participated earth hour except for me and my brother.
W00T! HONG KONG! Me and my friends met in a playground outside all our buildings and when the time came to switch our lights off, we all screamed "SWITCH OFF YOUR LIGHTS!" it was hilarious because some people actually did after we screamed at them. I LOVE EARTH HOUR!
wow btw i live in HK but...I was out dinner that night and...nothing happened! But i am really glad that people actually participated and really care for the Earth. It's actually really touching to see your city go "lights off" like that. It's really...indescribable. (wonder if i typed that correct hehe) You know, you don't get that everyday! I hope that places that didn't participate this year would do so in the next year. I really like the T-shirt btw. But too bad we can't get them anymore.
Yeah!! That is what I want to see. The whole world does the Earth Hour too. I can't believe it. I also turn off the lights in my house and spent some time with my friends at the park too. I wish there are still more. Honestly, I really enjoy the outdoors especially at night.
you are really fantastic, my country is silly they dont understand what is earth hour i really wanted that in Lithuania be like this.. but peaople dont turn off they lights.. i dont know why.. :(

Nice job...i am so sick of the jiggly camera shots of cities during earth hour. This was nicely shot.

hong kong's night skyline is awesome. but it's a little weird to see all the buildings in dark. I wonder if stars could be seen in the sky.
