I think this is the first video i've added to my favourites list.

Fantastic mate, The original is up there as one of my favourite songs, i never tire of it, and i've looked online at dozens of acoustic covers to try and learn to how to play it, but this is by far and away the best i've seen, I suspect like the original i'm never going to tire of hearing it. Outstanding. - Which is lucky because i'm going to be watching it a dozen times trying to copy how you play it!

not power chords they are major and minor chords without using my first finger to bar them leaving the E and B strings open at all times to give it a nicer acoustic guitar sound. power chords are the root, fifth and octave only and sound naff. you got the right notes. its AMajor, C#minor, BMajor, AMajor, but don't touch the top E and B strings at all with your fret hand.strum them but leave them open. thats how i played it cos it sounds better on acoustic than just normal major and minor chords.
