  • Three years ago I injured my knee doing the exercise where she's balancing down on one leg. Hard for me to bboy because of it.

  • One legged squats are very difficult, and if done incorrectly can put a lot of pressure on the knees resulting in injury. Like any squat, it's crucial to put all the pressure on your muscles and not the joints. Read "the new rules of lifting" it's the best resource on strength training I've found to date. You'll get the perfect breakdown of the proper squat.

  • Wow, I'm getting great results working out to your routines! It started as a way of getting back in shape just for hiking and biking with my son after I'd had a bad wreck last winter... but it's become so much more... I'm hooked on the HIIT w/ the jump rope and weight training... AWESOME results! Thank You soooo much!! (& yes I watch with notebook and pen in hand haha)
