i am doing a report at school about valentina tereshkova and did you know this quick think that valentina tereshkova was first woman to fly into space. and she road abord the vostok 6 and married another cosmonaut but most importantly she did 48 orbits around earth in 3 days and astronaut food is just dryed up food. but 3 days was how long she was in space.

Tereshkova has really screwed up her flight. She couldn't even align manually her ship. She was lucky that the automatic orientation system worked, otherwise she would have burned during re-entry (like that poor woman who flew in May 1961), and nobody would have learned about her.
