No the best way is to dance and sing the praise of Lord. Everybody cannot 'sit and concentrate' as you say.. it is by singing and dancing many of the avatara purushas of the past have spread bakthi among the masses

Anyone who chants the name of the Lord will find inner peace,grace, and happiness. Does it matter who we are? Our mantras are there for allof us to chant regardless of our ethnic background. This shows how universal our faith is becoming. This is an Excellent rendition. Keep chanting the name of Lord Ram.
