HAhaha i love this mate! its easy and cheap to get it in the US, but here in AUS mate, no butcher has kangaroo meat coz they dont fucking sell that bastards! but i fuckinnggg love kangaroo steak!!!
As long as Aussie continue such barbaric act, they are not near qualified to express an opinion concerning other food culture. Kangaroos are WILD ANIMAL. Crocodile, either. In many foreign countries' zoo, Kangaroos gained popularity as they show family drama-like stories. Kangaroos are VERY HUMAN! Please wake up Aussie! anyway you eat too much red meat as well as Americans.
i eat deer meat in australia before and i love it but roo meat is better me and my dad are roo shooters in australia and we shoot roos for dog meat and for us to eat
kangaroos are eaten in australia but by the natives and not the british, but now some do eat it, im filipino and i eat it because in australia most of my family eats it, and its good taste, almost like lamb
i thought kangaroos were like a nuisance in australia, and were less protected than deer are in america. makes sense that theyre cheap here, but i bet in australia theyre everywhere and youre proly beter off just running one over.
There's alot of Kangaroo in the Island of Papua New Guinea where i come from, just north of Australia. And it is one of our main traditional source of food. It is the most delicious meat ever, especially when we prepare it in own our taditional way of cooking called, "Mumu"!
I live in AUS, for an animal in such high abundance (the roo is a protected species but damm theres a lot of them)...it is a remarkably expensive product, so i dont know who can really bbq a whole side of roo
Cheap? Not in Houston, Tx!! The only place I know that sells it and other game meats charges 12.99 a pound. Plus, they wont let you pick it up there, you have to order it and they ship, even though I live here in town!! Bastards. So when you add 12.99 plus 20.00 for shipping, it keeps it out the grasp of most people. And while beef isn't free, it beats the hell out of the price of roo loin.
I hope my Aussie bro's & sisters enjoy it becuse it's just too dam expensive here.
His post is 6 months old but someone who's name is Asian Race calling people that eat Kangaroos SICK *EXPLETED* is just too hilarious. Must be some young punk who's never left close to home.
Why? your superior Asian race eats dogs, lizzards, live cockroaches, things that are very strange and taboo. Your nasty remarks are not nice. Actually, have you ever had kangaroo meat? Its good as filet of beef.
Silly, sheeps and cows make gass, if we kill them no more, the gass might be coming out when they die, but not as long as their lifetime, kill the dang sheep and cows!
KANGAROOS in the nation's capital will be sedated and then killed by lethal injection with Environment Minister Peter Garrett refusing to intervene. Just weeks after he condemned "the slaughter' of whales in the Southern ocean as "sickening", Mr Garrett said today he did not experience similar reaction to the proposed culling of 400 kangaroos at Belconnen, in Canberra's northern suburbs.
can i ask? is it good for our body to eat rare meat? or medium rare? because im afraid to eat steaks with blood if you know whati mean. sorry im not perfect please answer my question thanks a lot and kangaroo. i think i may puke if i ate that.

@MastahSmith Roflmao it's blood as long as it's not carrying diseases it's fine for you man it's fucking blood what we have in our bodies what do you think that blackish purple juice that comes out of a well done steak is? it's cooked blood

WHAT ?!?!?!?!
At woolies and Coles kangaroo meat is half the price of beef.
And they are not all protected. There are millions of them harvested every year and the shooters can't keep up with the breeding....
In Australia, roo is cheap and easy to get. And very tasty.
We can even buy it in norway and sweden and it is STILL half the price of beef there...

What a hypocrite he is!

Well do you want to kill these kangaroos in Balconnen in a humane way or do you want to see a lot more than 400 starve to death in an agonizing way??

There is nothing wrong with having rare meat with blood in it. A steak is ruined if it isn't at least a little pink
