There's no signalling in this video at all, ahah. Its more simple then you might think, but it's still pretty dangerous.

Basically when he is putting the blade into the oreo he is making a special mark on the oreo that is hard to see, but not impossible. Only he would know what it is, and it would be hard for anyone else to know what it is. He most likely scraped out a small part of the oreo logo or something on both sides. Then he gets whoever to mix them up, and he doesn't eat the marked one

@SoulKittlehs The string through the neck is actually REALLY simple xD just take some regular glue and rub it on your neck.. take the string and place it on the area you glued then you lean your head forward and stick it in this wrinkly space between your neck skin then you just hold it there for a few sec to let the glue dry and then it looks like it has penetrated your skin :p

It's really obvious how he did this trick. Notice when he takes apart the cookie at the end, the blade actually protrudes past the edge of the cookie. In other words, he can actually see the blade as he's doing this trick and is simply picking the cookies without the blade sticking out. The reason we don't see the blade is because the blade side of the cookie is turned away from the camera.
