the way he thinks lead & bass at the 'same time' is that he just combines/simplifies them into one part in his mind. it just appears that they're separate. music is all bout trickery to create images in your head. What makes Naudo good, like Tommey Emmanuel, is that he's so polished & comfortable with timing that he can ad lib & play around with it to add soul. Just takes alot of practice (& talent).
