This is not the Holy Qur'an, it's a nasheed; I don't know if there are rules regarding the minimum standards of respect for each. In any case, I think we are encouraged to remember and recite the Qur'an at every opportunity whatever the position, if it isn't disrespectful. I would assume the same applies for nasheeds.
