This isn't Lunatic Mode. I just clicked the related FROM a Lunatic playthrough, this is difficult but Lunatic mode is much more difficult than this.

@TheLegendTamer EoSD has a rank system which affects difficulty which increases gradually but decreases when dying, deathbombing and some other stuff. This might affect it.
