Just finishing my log book for it and need to compare structures or something. I really can't be bothered it's only worth about 5% of the entire course anyway.

I did 80s rock aswell, but to be honest if you're good at music tech it doesn't really matter which one you do it doesn't matter on the sounds. I had to double my guitar part just to get a decent sound. I had to use two different voices for it.

You'd be suprised, If you take an acoustic guitar sound for example, you can put a distortion ....thing on it and make a pretty convincing electric guitar sound, they're usually clearer to begin with.

But yer man, as long as your put effects to good use then you can generally make some pretty sick 80's rock sounds actually! =D

80's rock is well hard to remix with because you've gotta mic up the studio and its just a lot of work. The Hip Hop one is a lot less work and its quicker.
