  • i just purchased my second "manufactured home" for my parents. I am living in the first one in which i purchased 11 yrs ago. it still looks, and feel wonderful. I've not experience any major issue except for the normal wears and tears similar to that regular homes owners would expected. Both of my lovely homes models are Silver Crest from a West Coast manufacture home builder in Sacramento.

  • I purchased a Dutch sectional home. The quality is terrible the service is worse. The damages and repairs cost me $20,000 in seven years.

    Now i'm ruined. Run for your life.
