  • We need to get rid of some of these corporate so called "government" agencies that are wasting our energy and our money and taking up space in our land. Try calling them up and asking them about real situations, such as the quality of well water on the Oklahoma reservations that have enough nitrates to kill you if you drink it. They don't even care about that and won't do anything to help.

  • The meaning of government is todays' society (2012) to install fear ; fear of natural selection : EPA, fear of invasion : Iran (what a joke, even Israel told us they could handle it), all in an effort to dissolve human rights. In America the Constitution has been violated at every turn by greedy politicians. The Bill of Rights has been violated at every turn by civil servants(police). Due your research on who has passed/backed bills that violate OUR American freedoms. STOP taking their word.

  • @shilobrooks86

I also don't mean EPA when I say government. I greatly dislike the EPA. State level environment protection would be fine, It just needs to be kept under control by some government agency, or else the consequences which have already presented themselves will return, and end us. I purely mean over building and deforestation, not pollution btw. aside from deforestation, the private sector does a fine job of keeping the environment under control.

  • @maggot1111666 The forests are 100% controlled and owned by the federal and state governments. Deforestation would not exist with private property - only government property. Conclusion: The lack of private property rights results in detrimental effects for the environment.

  • @05121784

This may be the first time I have been persuaded. Nice work.

  • EPA bullshit violating our rights once again, RESTORE AMERICA NOW! VOTE RON PAUL 2012

  • Our "courts" are directly analagous to "The Priests of the Temples of Syrinx," from Rush's "2112" album. Ironic, and tragic. Rush thought it would take exactly another 100 years to get here: Absolute tyranny.

  • This is an example of how Agenda 21 will be implemented if the UN continues to influence this country. You will be fined and taxed 'til you lose your homes and forced into the cities. There you will be "controlled". All under the guise of sustainable living and "protecting" Mother earth.

  • ... and people still believe governments should be allowed to intervene like this.

  • Not to put too fine a point on it, but the idea that property rights alone can "protect" the environment is utterly retarded - pollutants don't give a shit about property or borders, many are difficult to trace or take decades to undermine ecology. I would never vote for anyone stupid enough to hold such an overly simplistic view of our impact on the ecosystem - which is crucial to our survival (unlike the economy). I do however agree that governmental regulation isn't working either.

  • The people in the EPA should think when it is there time, what Jesus will do with the property He [Jesus] would have had for them. When they get there they may have 6 feet of flames to cut.

  • Dear Washington:

"Destrying the economy is no way to save the environment"- assholes!

    Dear American:

The EPA is a bogus, iron fisted, tenticle of tyrrany hoisted on the American people by the sell-outs in Washington on the behalf of the banks and mega corporations that rule us from behind the scenes.

  • GOD//JESUS 2012

  • This country has gone completely insane.

  • @ReachDeep1 lol!

  • yeah... anywhere that rain falls and there is a slope they define it as a 'watercourse'... they get to have jurisdiction ANYWHERE they want...

  • Global warming is a hoax. Fuck the EPA

  • @robertpires87 So your going to tell all the greatest major scientist in the world that what they mention is bullshit? LoL I bet you don't believe that the north pole is running out of ice lol

  • This is the one topic I don't agree with Paul on. according to his ideals, we should be able to replace the rain forest with a city. Obviously the EPA is run very poorly by biased politicians, but anyone who took high school chemistry knows humans can influence the environment. When you burn something, you take the carbon atoms from the organic compound, and combine them with oxygen in the air to make CO2. Is this a significant unbalance? i don't want to wait until it is too late to find out.

  • @maggot1111666 ok maggot. i deal in construction. i am in violation when a spec of dirt gets on the street. i am liable for 2500 in fines a day and jail for this. i take extreme precautions, silt fence, temp driveway, and yet i get screamed at "violation! violation!" my dad , who lived through world war II says it reminds him of nazi times. remember how the revolution in egypt started? government control so strict a man on the streets lit himself on fire in desperation. oppression

  • @DuvallSilver

I realize the EPA is a disaster, but the overbuilding should be stopped. Unfortunately, the government is the only thing that can regulate it. If we take it away, we will be living in smog, and eventually not living at all.

  • @maggot1111666 what overbuilding? what city do you live in? Washington D.C??? annual building permits are at an all time low. You want to help the environment you tear down all the carbon producing old homes and rebuild with recycled materials and energy efficient homes. do some research on what a HERS rating is. I know my newer home with a HERS rating of 66 gets better miles to the gallon, i.e. efficiency than a used gas guzzling suv. oh, CERTIFIED.

  • @maggot1111666 The States did not create the federal government because they did not know how to make laws. Why y would you tolerate your State making bad law? Why in the world would you allow some bureaucrat make a law which is superior to those of your legislature? Who can you replace, a bad lagislator in your statehouse, or a guy in a cubicle in washington?

  • @robodril1

I realize that the government deals with it very poorly. They don't know, they are not scientists (mostly). "Your freedoms are never safe when the legislature is in session,"~Mark Twain, I get it. But there has to be line drawn when we start making animals and plants go extinct. Is overbuilding an issue in the rain forest? yes. If we are not careful, humans will be added to the extinct list too, and then we really won't be free. government is evil, but it is necessary.

  • @maggot1111666 The EPA is NOT an Environmental Protection Agency. It is a Crony Capitalism Agency. With the stroke of a burocrat's pen a thing can go from "condemned" to "Viable" and back to "Condemned", depending on Who is asking for the regulation. Lobbyists get regulations through the EPA to stifle competition from ordinary citizens. You have zero power over the EPA. These are matters for an ELECTED legislature, who you can control.

  • @maggot1111666 Another piont is this idea of Bigger Government. The States are soveriegn Governments. Some say the States are not big enough to handle their own affairs, so we need the Federal government to do it. There are still others who try to vest the United Nations with soveriegn power, citing ":Global" concerns. What's next, the United Federation of Planets? States can make their own laws.

  • @robodril1

you are missing the whole point. I agree with everything you are saying about EPA, I am a huge ron paul fan. but, you can't honestly tell me that the privater sector should be able to cut every tree down on earth for industry (never replanting. I mean cut down for building). That would literally, destroy the earth. Rain forest building needs to stop immediately. we already face major ecosystem failures from this. overbuilding in the las vegas area is a major problem too.

  • @maggot1111666 I see. Your assumptions are wrong. If your goal is good stewardship of the land, then government control is a horrible Idea. All of our worst environmental disasters originate with someone using government power for profit. The love Canal was the worst of it. When the private person owns something, he takes care of it. Public beaches are aweful places while private beaches are pristine. We have been taught badly for a long time. Governements always pollute worse.

  • @robodril1

    I have been persuaded

  • I for one, am getting a little tired of the EPA's bullshit

  • @raven8699 In Canada, they stopped a 200 000 000$ road construction project for a week because a bird decided to rest in-front of the advancing soil compactors. The environment guy threatened to stop the whole project if anyone picked up the bird with a hat or a mitten and move it 50 meters away into the woods.

  • @StarcraftAlphaBeta donkey. Per Focus on the Family, it is extreme to worship nature instead of God. common sense folks!@!!!!

  • GO RON PAUL!!!

  • I herd this. That is nothing less than the government stealing American Citizans land.

  • Dr. Ron Paul will be remembered throughout history as a hero

If we go back 30 years we will see the people were downright disgusting to the good doctor

and he is saying exactly the same thing today he was saying 30-40 years ago

    would you be so brave?

we are all so lucky he is not a conformist

    Liberte!!

  • Who the hell are these communists? Who are these people? I can assure you they are not American nor do the have American interests at heart.

  • @nicoSF5 They're not communists. They are fascists -- the fusion of private corporations and the government. But yes, they are enemies of America, and the Constitution.

  • @WhatsReallyGoingOnUS I agree with you there. Fascists is the correct label.

  • This is God's land. Respect God's land, don't frack it.

  • every Ron Paul video i watched today had 301 views. What Gives?

  • Long time without these. Thanks for bringing then back.

  • IMAGINE R.P. IN A BUBBLE OF WHITE LIGHT & A GOLDEN SHIELD AROUND IT, FILLED WITH STRENGTH, LOVE, & PROTECTION! gO RON PAUL 2012! ;) HE NEEDS ALL OUR LOVE, PROTECTION, & ENERGY WE CAN SPARE......

  • @yourgirlchloe I love using the Golden Light. That visualization works miracles. Thanks for reminding us to send Dr. Paul our love, protection, and good feeling thoughts.

  • I have to say that this and his pro life stance are my two disagreements. The idea that if someone owns land they will take care of it has never and will never work. Theres always that asshole on the block with car parts in his front yard, just like there will always be factories in quiet, less visible places who make a mess of the surrounding areas.

  • @Phuild You are so worried about life but could careless about the child in a womb? Seems a bit hypocritical. Are you against the death penality also?

  • @34sunbunpart2 I think a 17 year old girl who got pregnant accidentally has the right to choose to not leave highschool or college to give birth and live a severely substandard life, instead of waiting to have a child when shes financially stable and can give a child the best possible upbringing.

  • @Phuild Theres always adoption or keeping your legs together dude Just because a 17 year whohas these dreams doesnt want anyone to interfer thus killing the baby doesnt make it righteous Its called be responsible Point is these people thanwith that type of exception giving should than be ableto build not losing their dream. What life do we consider important? Some obviously dontthink its human life There is no time really where we can make exceptions to kill others because they are inconvenient

  • @34sunbunpart2 So you consider that pregnancy in any state is life. You then admit that you consider the original sperm and egg to be life. Every time a guy cums he kills billions of potential human beings and every time a woman has her period she sheds her uterine wall and an egg. If you want to play the all life is precious card, I expect you to never orgasm unless the intent is to get a woman pregnant and even then, you kill billions of sperm.

  • @Phuild That is a dumb statement and you obviously have never seen the baby at different stages in the womb. Better yet go watch a partial birth abortion and come back and talk to me and do you know what one is. RonPaul is a doctor which 99 percent of doctors are for life its part of their job and love for the job.

  • @Phuild Sophistical buddy. So you are basically saying that the skin cells that die in my throat are digested by myself so I am a cannibal. Every-time i take a step, cells in my body die... pretty idiotic. You are a fool. If I blink... I just killed off some cells. I ate a leaf, I killed cells.

  • @StarcraftAlphaBeta No I'm saying that throughout the past, abortion in the first trimester was allowed in most christian places. This stupidity that all life is precious is a new concept and it sure is a fucking stupid one. Dont call people fools unless you know anything about them.

  • Dr. Paul it must be hard always being right when you are around people who are almost always wrong

  • Ron Paul For President!

  • This is one of the biggest disagreements i have with paul. I support him, but i think the environment is more important than his ideals.

  • @Ballinlolz The you must give EPA your property for the sake of the "environment"

  • @kagon01 No you don't. And this case he sights is taken out of context. Building on wetlands is not legal, This family should have researched a little bit before making a huge investment like that. Just type in " Building on wetlands " Into google and youll find something on the epa website about it. Wetlands are protected because they serve as a natural filter for hard metals and chemials. The sediments filter water bro, we NEED wetlands, especially with the hi amount of pollutants2day

  • @Ballinlolz They are saying its not a wetland and I assume thats they way it was sold. Looked like they had some neighbors but that could be me. Its too bad this wetland law didnt stop Florida because the whole state is a wetland that pours thru the everglades but this doesnt stop building down here.

  • @34sunbunpart2 If the property was sold, it would have had to been surveyed first. A surveyer would have marked it off as a wetland. Building on wetlands is illegal, these people should have done some research.

  • @Ballinlolz is there proof that it was surveyed as a wetland when purchased?

  • @Ballinlolz read the water and conservation act. the epa can determine if land is a wetland, by themselves. survey or not!

  • @Ballinlolz i agree....but you gotta admit the EPA is petty useless

  • @Ballinlolz The EPA does over step its bounds often. They have too much power. Look at Obamas choice to blow off the pipeline from Canada bringing this gas guzzling nation much needed nonArab oil. We have pipelines all over this country what makes this one so evil? We lost the oil now and the jobs and guess what we are still eating oil. I hope you are not using oil or anything made from oil which includes DVDs or CDs and anything plastic etc in order to please the EPA

  • @34sunbunpart2 The keystone xl pipeline will create 400 - 500 permamnent jobs. "EPA regulations aimed at cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay would disagree with those assertions.

A new report released today by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation highlights the job creation numbers — 240,000 full-time jobs — "

Google " Job killing epa keystone XL pipeline. First article that shows up on think-progress

  • @Ballinlolz we americans cant keep using oil and say dont drill or refine or build a pipeline in my country. Its very hypocritical for us to demand other countrys to accomplish this for us so we can continue to hoard oil, yes its dirty but we need to get an alternate source as of yesterday or stop being such whiners. Legalize hemp and it can be used in place of oil but it will take time.

  • @Ballinlolz really? a single residence lot is an environmental threat? get real, it was a dumb ass neighbour complaining that his view of a pond was gonna be ruined or a loser power tripping because he had a bad day

  • @kpb1337 It is against the law to build on wetlands. As long as its the law it needs to be enforced. You cant make exceptions. MAYBE these people could research something as simple as this before you know, Investing on a house on wetlands.

    Just google building on wetlands.

First result will show you the law.

  • @Ballinlolz lol, you dont understand man. the land can be coined a wetland anytime a builder is in violation of clean water act. complete king type control

  • @Ballinlolz that is not the point. they were not building on a wetland. they hired a soil expert and biologist, and he provided certification that it was not a wetland. this was not an example of someone buying some property and destroying the environment there to build a house. imagine if you had an aspiration of building a house and purchased a small lot to do so on. you begin to fill in a puddle in your backyard to build over and the EPA claims it is a wetland.

  • Where can i download these?

  • Ron Paul it will be good exposure if you can expand this to a great podcast website.

  • Dear America,

The rest of the watches on in despair, Ron Paul is your last hope America.

Don't say we didn't warn you.

  • @AustralianAllTheWay Personally I believe because of our media. Censorship. We are trying to use word of mouth for those who don't have internet.

  • @AustralianAllTheWay because most of them are ignorant fools, twenty years ago 20% of USA population thought that the sun moved around the earth : (

  • What I want to know is why that land was sold to them in the first place? That's fraud!

  • RON PAUL 2012!!!

  • RON PAUL FOR PEACE

  • in Brazil this happens for MANY years! It's outrageous! The tree huggers don't have any idea of what real life is!

  • @gabrieow most hippies I meet are really smart but I don't live in Brazil so I guess hippies are different up there... im a "tree hugger" and I'm educated......

  • @youdevil6 wow! What I meant with "tree hugger" was the eco-fanatics who think that the government should be some sort of "overlord" protector of nature, even if it infringed basic rights of a citizen, such as the property right! I approve who defends nature without using people's money and government authority... even though I do not know of the existance of such people! In Brazil the environmental laws are draconian to the point that the killing of an animal is MORE punished than MURDER!

  • @gabrieow since everyone depends on the environment and the environment supports everyone it makes sense that everyone pitch in to protect it from greedy ignorant people. furthemore the genetics of many of the animals who live in Brazil are much more valuable than human genetics and the punishment for killing these rare endangered animals should be worse than it is for killing another human.

  • @phantomcreamer Well, a dude close to where I live was arrested for killing one single armadillo with a stick TO FEED HIS FAMILY, stays in prison without right to bail or habeas corpus (which is allowed for MURDER cases) and will be there LONGER than who takes a human life! It's ABSURD!

This policy has made the population of jacares (type of alligator) explode in many regions to the point of eliminating fish species! Capivara (a rodent) is a plague in certain regions, and you cant hunt them!

  • @phantomcreamer forest areas are so regulated that you basically can't use that for anything, not even collecting and bow hunting, which indigenous populations do, cannot be done by our laws! It's draconian and it doesn't work! Brazil has over 62% of forest coverage! 20% of every farm is permanent forest, and it goes up to 80% in Amazonian biome! We are, by far, the country with most protected native biomes! And about 90% of it is not even private land! No need to worry that much, dude!

  • @phantomcreamer And the worst part of it? While environmentalist politicians, such as Marina Silva (google it) deffend laws that would destroy our agriculture, and these laws that enprison hungry hunters with sticks, the husband of this same politician smugles wood from protected areas!

While our law has no mercy on the small hunter with a stick, it attenuates the punishment of THOUSANDS of Km² of illegal deforestation, and the richest, including american, wood cutters are never arrested!
