pretty simple trick. just needs a little of hand practice.just try to keep the card you're showing off in the third spot,and every time you flip,flip 2 and 3 cards at a time.
My theory is that he had a friend working the camera, and before he shows you each card, his friend will pause the camera, he will adjust the cards to his liking, then his friend will continue recording. If you watch carefully, the screen will appear to jump from time to time. :D

Very good indeed! There's a similar effect to this one which is called color monte. I love these types of tricks because you can carry them with you everywhere and they are great walk arounds tricks.

Well, I wasn't paying that much attention to that part and just assumed there was four types of king so I screwed that part up but at least I feel like i've got the jist of it figured out.

Then all he has to do is deal each card. Greg Soloman will probably have a better explanation than me and I may even be completely wrong but its the best explanation I can think of.
you are completely wrong..i am a magician and i know how this is done...when u doubt about an explenation it is always wrong.either you know or you don't know.there is nothing in the middle when it comes to magic.
2) When he slams some cards on the table and its still on top, he does a flip from face up 2 of hearts to make it look like its on top of the deck but it has moved deeper down. possibly one of the other cards in the pack of six is face up and the rest are face down at this point to create the illusion. Notice he never slams all "four" cards on the table? heh.
I won't pretend to understand this completely but I think i've got the basics figured out.
1) There are six cards in his four card hand, 2 of hearts , 10 of spades and the four kings.
When he's moving the two of hearts around he's using a technique of multipickup to ensure it looks like its always on top and this works even if he quickly picks up four cards because there are actually six.
Thought I had it figured out half way thru - he clearly had three two-of-hearts cards and one 10 of spades. Then when he shows that all 4 are apparently the 10 of spades, it's clear he's always showing you the bottom card (the 10 of spades) each time and dealing from the top. At this point I thought I had it figured. Then when he shows four kings that's when I freaked out.

I think at all times he's got two kings, a two of hearts and a 10 of spades. How on earth he manages to use sleight of hand to achieve that though is flawless execution.

2) When he slams some cards on the table and its still on top, he does a flip from face up 2 of hearts to make it look like its on top of the deck but it has moved deeper down. possibly one of the other cards in the pack of six is face up and the rest are face down at this point to create the illusion. Notice he never slams all "four" cards on the table? heh.
The same effect is done with the tens.

I won't pretend to understand this completely but I think i've got the basics figured out.
1) There are six cards in his four card hand, 2 of hearts , 10 of spades and the four kings.
When he's moving the two of hearts around he's using a technique of multipickup to ensure it looks like its always on top and this works even if he quickly picks up four cards because there are actually six.

He only shows 2 kings, not all 4. He has a 2 of hearts, a 10 of spades, king of diamonds, king of clubs, and amazing slight of hand

Thought I had it figured out half way thru - he clearly had three two-of-hearts cards and one 10 of spades. Then when he shows that all 4 are apparently the 10 of spades, it's clear he's always showing you the bottom card (the 10 of spades) each time and dealing from the top. At this point I thought I had it figured. Then when he shows four kings that's when I freaked out.

I think at all times he's got two kings, a two of hearts and a 10 of spades. How on earth he manages to use sleight of hand to achieve that though is flawless execution.

hmm I think he uses a double draw at the start so he has more cards than he says. But I'm most likely wrong so don't quote me on that. Nice trick anyway wouldn't mind learning it.
