He said he has a 32 inch waist and a 24 inch corseted waist.

His waist is probably smaller than yours.

Corsets are for anyone who wants to wear one. Corsets do not always feminize the body. Such as in this case, the corset exemplifies the strong pectorals and shoulders of a gentleman. Some us corset enthusiasts find it attractive.
