actually i dont think any GGG unit would even be able to hit one of the Getter robos(except 3 or emporer but emp is huge!)

in offfense maybe GGG>getter or getter G but speed /dodge goes to Getter by a long shot

because i have watched and loved many many super robot shows including these two and the attacks that might be able to hit G robo from a GGG robo are usually fairly weak and the power of G robo is offense not defense so the creator made up for it in speed whereas the same attack against GGG himself wouldnt penetrate the shield G robo would be cut in half

Not to mention the evasive power that Open Get permits any Getter Robo. That's something GaoGaiGar just can't match.

Let's not forget the defensive power of GGG. Not only can it take a beating, but it also has both the Protect Shade AND the counter-attack Plasma Hold. The Hell And Heaven attack also locks the opponent into place, so it's an attack that cannot be dodged.

But Hell and Heaven can be countered by an attack of equal or greater strength. Final Getter Tomahawk or Stoner Storm (the manga move where Shin Getter spams Stoner Sunshines) could, at the *very* least, give GGG a great deal of trouble.

Although Hell and Heaven vs. Shin Shine Spark would be cool to watch.

In defense of Genesic GaoGaiGar, or even Star GaoGaiGar, I doubt that the Getters could seriously dodge Goldion Crusher OR the Gattling Divided (Former is like the size of a moon, latter is a weapon that forms a rip in time and space and distorts/rips anything that didn't cause it into pieces.

True, But Stone sunshine more or less destroyed half the solar system in at the end Getter robo Armageddon. Or at least had some serious detrimental effects on it.

Two Words: Genesic Aura. That said, we don't know the full potential of Genesic. We only had it for approximately 30 minutes over both episodes. Had Guy have had time, it easily could have been he could have unlocked power hidden withing GGGG that could compare, and considering many say that G-Stone energy is a concentrated form of Getter Rays...

There's much to discuss about the Getter on Gaogaigar. The fact of the G-Stones and the Getter Rays, Choryujin killing the dinosaurs and getting fossilizied, battle on Jupiter, Goldion Crusher and Final Getter Tomahawk... Yeah guys... It's a long story...

The original creator of Getter Robo, Ken Ishikawa did a one shot manga where some spies from the Dinosaur Empire steal Getter Robo G, which forces the Getter Team to use the old Getter Robo in an attempt to get G back.
