1st: In sunni brothers' books, folded hand is recommended (mostahab) and is not a must (vajeb). So pay attention that it is not a must in sunni books.
BTW, please give me the address for the way Imam Ali's praying is described in your books.
2nd: In sunni books it is also mentioned that the prophet was praying on turbah (the ground) and not things like rug! Shias put a piece of turbah instead of the ground.

If that is true then neither the IRI, Egypt, or SA are following these principles. I've already gone over the IRI, but in Saudi religious minorities can't even build houses of worship or publicly display their faith. In Egypt ,they won't give Bahai or the irreligious ID cards. This clearly isn't religious freedom and I've talked to some muslims in these countries who hold the polytheistic or indian religions in particular disdain. They should allow true religious freedom.

1st: In sunni brothers' books, folded hand is recommended (mostahab) and is not a must (vajeb). So pay attention that it is not a must in sunni books.
BTW, please give me the address for the way Imam Ali's praying is described in your books.
2nd: In sunni books it is also mentioned that the prophet was praying on turbah (the ground) and not things like rug! Shias put a piece of turbah instead of the ground.
I hope you can read your books and ours, as I did.

i am a muslim and live in america...you're telling me about religious minorities? for god sakes i am one in a country that at some points is hostile to muslims. however i'm not advocating the overthrow of the u.s. constitution or the undue influence of christians in our government and military and republican party, i live with it and acknowledge it and follow their laws without complaining. and every major religion in iran is guarenteed a seat in parliment, not even the u.s. does that.

Because no religion deserves a required seat. Every man should ideally be elected based on their individual merit. The US constitution protects your right to be Muslim, but the IRI constitution protects only three religious minorities according to Article 13 (Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians). There have been reports of abuse against even these groups, but the IRI persecutes the Bahai. Irreligion and "paganism" is also not allowed. I agree about fundamentalism in the US military though.

If that is true then neither the IRI, Egypt, or SA are following these principles. I've already gone over the IRI, but in Saudi religious minorities can't even build houses of worship or publicly display their faith. In Egypt ,they won't give Bahai or the irreligious ID cards. This clearly isn't religious freedom and I've talked to some muslims in these countries who hold the polytheistic or indian religions in particular disdain. They should allow true religious freedom.

as for hadith their has they own choice of the ppl their taken from who they deem trust worthy from they own poin of view,is not the enemy of prophet and his family. the shia view not all the companion is just n truthful,like the sunni jurist use this as basis to justify the reliability of a hadith. they are very careful in selection,for them the position of a companion can be judge on how they act after the prophet gone. this is their way.

doesnt we all heard that our prophet says that Islam is made from 5 basis,that is syahadah, prayers, fasting in ramadhan, zakat, n performing hajj if able..so ppl who adhere to all this 5 is a MUSLIM. n as for their practice, its all from the sources as we do the quran and the sunnah. The quran maybe the same but their interpretion is different. n that does not make them kufr.
