First of anyone who can do push like that, doesnt need a personal trainer. What happened to the warm up? No matter what that was a pretty dangerous move to go straight into! A shoulder injury is hard to recover from, and the towel thing is just dangerous all together, what if it slips ffs...are you insured? Nice body by the way!

You can do them with dumbells, just loosen the collers so they roll. Then ya can do this workout on carpet or any other flooring.

i been running like crazy to get in shape.
but none of it compared to the fight i had the other day. i was fighting then the guy ran away and so i had to chase him...
best work out i've had in months. no i didn't catch him. i'm not a big fighter, prefer to talk it out, but he found out i can definately fight.
