What do you do when you run out of trim? I ran out of trim on my new FXD 4 channel 14" heli. There are dials in the remote, but none visible on the outside.

@CalebNehrbass Reason I asked is because I don't know how that helicopter is setup. Center the servo, make sure the arm is level if not then it was installed on the wrong tooth center the arm then try it again.

Video is most informative. As a first time xheli.com buyer I purchased the identical Blazing Star Exceed RC. My Transmitter is a WK-2402 2.4GHz with auto code pairing. I do not seem to have any dip switches as shown in the video. I am having trouble getting the transmitter to communicate with the receiver. After turning the transmitter on and letting it cycle I then plug in the LiPo battery on the heli. The red LED on the receiver blinks rapidly but never goes to a solid color. Help!

@juroxzg3 This depends on the MAH and charge rate of the charger. Typically, 4 to 5 hours, never 10hours (that will be overcharging the battery). Hope that helped! -cn

Nice informative video. I was starting to get a little nervous when you started taking the heli apart but you made it look easy enough for even me to do. Where do I get the tools you were using? I guess XHeli.com carries them, I'll look on their web site.

I did learn something positive on this video and that was about the simulator using no batteries. I never gave that any thought before but it would be a lot cheaper then buying batteries.

My helicopter keeps spinning while hovering... I can fix the spinning while it is on the ground with the L/R thing but when I go off the ground it keeps going in a direction on its own and keeps spinning unless I set the trim to the very far right-but that doesn't help so much :(... Do you know what is wrong?

Damn..I use this to change teh inner shaft on my big lama as no guides. But the BL has a ball bearing between the 2 gears, problem its held by a groove on the inner shaft. So not matter how hard I pulled the shaft would comeout. Tried to hold the bearing with pliers and pull the shaft but the bearing shattered. Got the shaft out but know need new bearings.....poo

I bough it but I didn't know how to fly and I crashed it in 1 days,,,But I go to the shop where I bought it and I said to him that It was crashed when I bought it,,,and I said to him that I don't know how to fly!
