I have 12 mp3 players. I like the I pod touch 4G the most. You can do so much with it. And anyone who say's the SQ is shit is just jealous. In my opinion the best sounding mp3 player for the money is the Sony NWZ S738F.

@joshholland1 actually, the Cowon S9 is far superior than the iPod Touch, if it comes to audio and video. And these are the main functions of a multimedia player.
plus: it supports flash, flac and various other formats AND you don't need a shitty software like iTunes. oh yeah, did I mention the LiPo accumulator and the AMOLED display which fucks the iPod straight in the ass?

i think they fixed the lag issue for the accelerometer (rotating the player around). As for the cover flow lag..well they replaced the cover flow with sort of a cover wall.

it's true the itouch does sound worse, and it doesn't play flac, but it does play aiff, waf and apple losseless. It also makes up for sound with the screen that is a lot better responding and wi-fi. Of course it's not perfect but it's not piece of crap

Cowons all about sound quality, I think this is aimed more at the samsung p2 and p3 rather than the touch. Cowons are for nerds and geeks, you'll be sure to see some awesome themes for this after awhile. Advanced mp3 is claiming it the " best sounding mp3 player ever" by a long shot. Should be worth getting if you can get over it's niggles- rocky firmare and interface , which should improve. Wi-fi really isn't necessary for me, and at home I use my macbook instead of my touch anyways.

and those people won't buy this even though this has better sound quality, bb+e custom eq, bluetooth, and more user friendly (drag & drop)
