You cannot use this process if you have already upgraded your Iphone 3G to 5.12.01 firmware, you can only jailbreak. and Fuzzy band will only work on the 5.8 bootloader file only if its been jailbroken.

I wnat my iphone unlocked and use my T-Mobile sim card in it. since I restored the iphone to my itunes which is now version 9.0.3 and 3.1.3 firmware. I don't know if it'll work for everyone, but on my 1 year old 3G I bought that had never been jailbroken/unlocked or tainted by other firmware it did. Hopefully this comment will help all of you out there, If your iphone was original on o2 and you want to unlock it to any network o2 will do it for you for 15pound, you need to go onto the o2 website and type in unlock iphone and they find it from the results, you will need to type in a few things and also have a o2 sim card and top up 15 pound so they can take it off there, this will make sense when you have gone onto the website and seen for your self,
