@interpaq Think of the 8 squares the white king occupies as a wall. The other king can't move into that without getting destroyed. Now he's limited to two rows along the board, one of which is being guarded by a rook. Putting himself in the corner is limiting his next move to three squares instead of five, so it's not exactly a power play.
