Goes to show how good these guys are. I liked the original songs fine, but some the acoustic stuff just makes more of an impact. I Think You've Sparked A War just sounds better and reminds me of X men. I did enjoy the acoustic version of Metal Dance featuring Mega Ran. Crash man and Quickman's songs just pack more of a punch, and to be honest,I prefer the acoustic version of Carved from a Mighty Oak and Blue Like You because of....well,how beautiful they sound, and you feel something for these guy
I was in the middle of listenng to the EP, this exact song, when I opened up this link. This song is amazing, and I will be so incredibly happy if they do another acoustic album release sometime after their MM3 album. Whoever doesn't like this has bad taste in video game music because this is as good as it gets, The Megas are the champs, their original lyrics mixed with the video game music and with their own music too, creates the most awesome and smooth sounding songs ever. ROCK ON MEGAS!
@GothicLolitaStocking Thank you my dear friend. Now that I look back at it, it wasn't as funny in writing then it was in my head. But either way. Whats said is said.
I dont know why, but for some reason the acoustic versions are a bit better. Only for some songs anyway. However all there songs are epic. They make great music.
@shadowsintox9 the I want to be the one sound a bit depressed in acoustic, and Metalman loses a bit of its quality... Bubbleman, Airman, Sparkman, Quickman, Crashman get better, Woodman, Heatman, and Flashman dont change much.
@gambit7775 Well, like i said some songs. I still love all the versions of their songs. Maybe this is just for me, but The original version is during the fight, and the acoustic is after they've fallen. Its like theres more feeling in the acoustic, but thats just my opinion.
@shadowsintox9 yeah, and thats what made the quick and the blue stand out even more among the other robot master songs. but i also liked man on fire acoustic a lot as well
dude, this would be one of the greatest pieces ever if they left out the lyrics.... it conveys the same message without words... its that well suited!
Wow, ten months later and my comment's still at the top.

@shadowsintox9 i completely agree. i thought the quick and the blue, and metal dance were a lot better in acoustic, at least vocally.

@JKim91EX The quick and the blue, when he reaches the final lines, It really adds a lot to the feeling of feeling Quickmans death.

Personally, I like the original more. It just doesn't capture what the other acoustics have. But this is still REALLY good.

It's not technically an acoustic "cover", considering it IS the Megas' own song.
