Awesome lens, makes her look like a miniature doll. A pity about the shake, the GF1 doesn't have in-body stabilization. That's what's tearing me apart, do I get the e620 with stabilization, or the GH1/GF1 with HD but without stabilization. Ahh...
@pavelp80 Yes with the latest firmware for the GF1 you can just click the toggle wheel and it will zoom in the live view.
It takes some getting used to as the video shows. If you don't get the focus set before you start filming then it can be hard to find it while filming because of the F1.4 lenses shallow depth of field.
Did you know there's a city in Canada (White Rock) that NORMALLY enjoys milder Januarys than Raleigh? In fact, it's MUCH milder than Raleigh after accounting for wind chill! Surpised?
the reason i ask is beacuse i have that lens somewhere in the garage but i do not want to ruin my gf1.....what adapter did you use?

I'm just curious how manual focusing works. Is it possible to toggle zoom in live view somehow?
