It's the Ys OVA, covering some events from Ys 1 & 2. "Endless History" is used as the ending theme of each episode. It's good to watch at least once.

I have finally found it! Saw a trailer for Ys with this song in my Berserk DVD. The full version is much better! I can't find credits for the song though, I need to find out the artist. I WILL cover this song if it's the last thing I do.
