@catfuz It's quite easy for a level 6 medic to outrun each one of the specimens shown in the video while having the rifle equipped, especially with low encumbrance. Even if they cared about accuracy AT ALL, the zeds would've followed him into the building and he would still be eaten before anything happens.

Though the characters refer to them as zombies, the Infected are technically not zombies by the same standards as Romero's films (or any of the remakes). They're people infected by a virus (in the same sense of "The Omega Man" and "28 Days Later").
