I do not view every European as in a General sense involved. dyou think the goverment n military perform test runs of bombs n nucs on the ocean surface to maniplulate the world to perform crisis events , floods, earthquakes, hurricanes. a bomb on the floor would easily shift the ocean and flood somewhere, and maybe korea throwing bombs near japan caused the flood there this year. causing many to die.
