my grey does that sometimes too he starts having conversations with himself which eventualy turns into a bunch of his own words(just a bunch of lettrs mindlessly stuck to gether its funny)oh and when one of my other bids bites me he says ow hs a funny bird and so is yours

That's too funny. My blue and gold macaw will let me know if I've kept him up too late. He'll brightly pipe up with "BYE BYE!!.......BYE BYE!!!" I've been trying to teach him "twinkle twinkle" 'cause that's what I tell my birds before covering them for the night, but I think he thinks that's more of me making him go away where "bye bye" is where people go away. That's my guess. *lol*
