If I am not mistaken, Replay Games, Owned by a former Sierra employee Paul Trowe, Has bought the rights to the Leisure Suit Larry franchise, And reportedly Al Lowe is heading the development of a new Larry game.
and now that they came out with this leisure suit larry box office bust man its some bullshit man al lowe didnt even know that they was making that game and they fucked it up.
Yeah I know but its not really the same company without Ken and Roberta Williams and game creators like Al lowe. Vivendi Games did a poor job of owning Sierra, lets hope the next comapany can do a better job.
@SierraMultimedia@SierraMultimedia There are a lot of talented fans out there who still believe in the genre and still create games such as this. The physical Sierra might be gone but it's spirit lives on through such publishers as Phoenix Himalaya and Wadjet Eye. There's definitely still a lot of and love for the Adventure genre and many of us who have much conviction in it's survival in the 21st century of endless gunfire and car-theft entertainment.

I miss the LSL games Lowe made. If Sierra would just consider making another game with him, we'd probably see LSL 8 by now. :(

Magna Cum Laude killed the LSL series, and Box Office Bust buried them.

"In 1991, there are 5 Leisure Suit Larry games in the series."
Ha ha, looks like the people who run this show were too busy putting in all that unfitting, intense music to actually do their homework.

Actually, now that Vivendi and Activision have merged, they've decided to ax Sierra, even as a publisher.

Thanks for the infomation. Not really been following the whole story of the Vivendi Games take over. Vivendi Games really messed up.
