Hello! I've just discovered your channel and I must say that people who summarize as good as you are very rare. I hope this video gets more and more views so people can hear the truth about muscle gaining and start getting some results.
Good summary of all the important parts of getting bigger. 1 quick question is the "greens"/carbs just as important when trying to cut? or should you up the healthy fat intake more?
@jodakiller132 yes greens are VERY important! Greens have a large amount of fibre which will aid in the digestion process! Good source of complex carbs!

I have heard that if you get lean and then put on muscle mass, it won't store as much fat, cause you're body uses the calories different when you're lean. What is you're experience? If you have the time I would also like a video where you speak about ratio's of the different foods --> carbs/fats/proteins and minerals/vitamins etc. :)

Thank you, It is possible to maintain, however I like to train very heavy year round and the low levels of bf have taken a toll on my joints, so i decided to change a few things, and put on a bit of size for that purpose, still eat very clean FOOD sources, and still do cardio for health! Just increased calories
