  • Why do they have to fake the only concert John uses his 325/12? Why he don't want no one to hear it?

  • The Beatles were the great lip syncers in the world. :)))))))))

  • My God! Live? Are You both blind and deaf? It´s a clumsy and shameless playback/singback. That´s why the lads are smiling so embarrased. Jmmy Nichol´s even leaving out the initial drum roll because he would have missed it for sure anyway.

  • @voxsupreme You're right, but interestingly I think the vocal mics were live during some if not all of the songs? You can, at times, hear voices on top of voices. But, the drum roll that starts the song happens a half second before Jimmy Nicol moves. Could it be that they are playing back the instrumental track only, and they are singing to that? I'm really curious?

  • @philh37 It sounds like they only start singing at 1:25 into it. Maybe the mikes were dead, or they realized how ridiculously sped-up the record sounded.

  • @voxsupreme Your right. The Lads are stumbling around, starting at 0:25 through 0:40. Hard to believe they didn't just do it live. Perhaps some producer, convinced them to do the polished " studio version " ?

  • The Beatles were so good that it is hard to tell sometimes, lip syn or live. This is LIVE. Whether or not the music was recorded is irrelevant. 90% of todays POP acts use recorded music and multiple tracks.

  • The expressions on their faces... did not look lie they were exactly happy... and Jimmys pretend drumming, wow, he must have had no time to even learn or try to emulate Ringos style. Interesting clip.

  • WAT HAPPENED TO RINGO???!!! DX<<<<<<

  • @BeatlesForever60 Ringo had to get his tonsils out. So Jimmy Nicol just dropped by to take Ringo's place

  • @mrnatedog1111 Not true. Jimmy got to go on tour with them for some time- several appearances.

  • sounds and seems like the instrumental part is played back, but the vocals are live.

  • @kimonsk actualyl no its all lip sync

  • @nightcrawler511 1:40 You can hear George's voice over the played back vocals.

  • @kimonsk yeah the instruments are in the beginning jimmy misses the beat and your probably right the voices are live becuz you hear mic feedback at 0:58

  • @nightcrawler511 on that right side where it shows more videos click on cant buy me love with jimmy nicol the obviously lip syncing because the crowd goes next to the beatles the ending is when paul is away from mic and the song keeps playing

  • @nightcrawler511 actualyl you're wrong, its them singing over a stereo playback

  • It so noticeable they played the master in the background. Jimmy said he had a better range and Ringo's "ok". and he can't even keep time.

  • amm soy yo o fue playback? no se ve q la bateria coincida con la cancion, ademas empieza con bombo y tarola y el empieza con hit hat y tarola, y la cancion no suena asi

y en varios videos de ellos veo como q no coincide

  • Hahaha,,,John in 1:15 LoI !!

  • lmfao! look at jiimy nicol in the beginning of she loves you the music plays and he completely forgets lol all lip sync, but still the best!

  • This is the studio version of the song!! Documentary is great!!

Actually I've never heard Jimmy's "drumming talent and style".

  • OMG...playback!!!

After seeing this, what can I say?

Ringo was really the great drummer and a real Beatle!

His drums sounded real good and he had incredible feel.

  • U know I was watching a interview and paul still has that guitar!

  • its not exactly a lip sync. They were playing it in the background and they were actually playing it at a lower volume

  • Idk about the lip sync. It sounded like it at first but then it started sounding different.

  • lip sync, so it's actually Ringo.

  • @fliegeroh oh yeah hes not there.......but its still him???lol

  • @fliegeroh Lip sync? Not of the released record.

  • audio dubbed...

  • es playback.... es lo único que me decepciona de ellos

  • @elmorrismehacefeliz aweonao idiota... es una broma... el baterista no es ni ringo... fijate...

  • @sicoticosandro si terrible aweonao

  • @Angus1966

    dude, those are the beatles.

i'm not sure wether it's with nicol or ringo, but the sound is the beatles without a doubt.

  • I don't think it's the real audio to this video

  • thats not the beatles look at 1:29 look at george and paul

    :D

  • bscott1016, you fail.

  • @TheOneBeatleManiac i no i looked into it more

  • bscott1016, you have to look more carefully.

  • hahahahaha...the audience is confused

  • hahahahaha...still love these guys

  • there all laughing when the lights come on because Jimmy Nichol sucks and messed the intro.

  • @andrewcasarsa or it could be because they're miming to the original track and have no idea when the intro is going to kick in!

  • @watson162

indeed the Beatles were lip-syncing with live mics as well. You can hear the sound man adjusting the levels to blend the live with the music track. It's crude.

  • @andrewcasarsa *they're. and it's not, it's because they are waiting for the track to kick in (They lip synced)

  • wheres ringo?

  • @Techlology in the hospital at the time

  • @Techlology

He was ill with his tonsills
