I agree with xdeathmetalkingx, I have seen better. But saying that, doesn't mean you don't have talent. You are very talented =). You could have just fixed a FEW things though, like his legs. Looks like he has chicken legs haha =P. His arm, looked like it was cut off. I can understand it being hidden behind the character, but it looked like it was completely off. And 1 more thing, the lightning or whatever the blue stuff is supposed to be for the cape looks more like graphiti. Anyways good job.

Digital drawing doesn't show how you draw, it shows how good the computer digitilizes a drawing. Try this with a pencil, eraser, sharpener, and various blank pages. Trust me, do it that way.
