I like the first one better. The game starts like it's promising- those flash forward like scenes in the basement and all- but then turns into something disappointing. That little suprise in the end is good though.

It's more like our beloved Silent Hill :D Not as great,classic,sad,beautiful and disturbing and legendary as it but still..great game with creepy atmosphere also followed by excellent,disturbing creepy music.

Gameplay on PC is so great..it is NOT a port from console..there's even Co - op. It's goddamn interesting and characters are great. I love the classic flashlights too..too bad silent hill doesn't have them.

It also has excellent,very engaging puzzles that make sense. :) go get it! :D

I just beat this game several days ago, and it was awesome. Obscure is a great game & Obscure 2 is a true horror experience. I look forward to Obscure 3, and I HOPE they shock THE HELL out of us all. I hope its insanely evil and brutal and the story tops 1+2. ;-}

if you all know only 2 people survive at the end, Jun(Mei's Sister) gets killed after you play her part in the game, Sven gets killed by that deformed chainsaw maniac, Mei gets squashed by Kenny when hes evil (in the first boss fight) i frogot what happended to Amy, Corey commited suicide in the last battle, that professor dies in the helicopter explosion, Kenny finally dies at the end only Shannon and Stan survive at the end (i think im frogetting someone...)
