  • the second soundtrack is removed, can you replace it?

  • @1ntlk None of my posted videos have been removed, just copyrighted by the company :/

  • *Humble thanks*

  • I just saw this movie in Health Class today and as soon as I got home, I HAD to hear the score again.

  • In the "Essential John Nash" (a book mostly about his work but covers his mind some), Nash wondered if pushing too hard is what caused his problems. I don't believe so - his work seems to have been his delight and if schizophrenia is related to stress (jury's still out) it won't be that kind. I don't know if he really knows just how appreciated he is (he wasn't allowed to speak in the real Nobel Prize ceremony). The music, to me, touches on this real side of the story. Pain and friendship.

  • @2206411411 What about MPD or as it is called now days DID

  • Who are they to judge James C. Ronning' state of mental health. He shows no signs like the man Russel Crowe was playing in that great movie.

  • Wow I have officially 100 Subscribers! Thank you all! :D

  • Amazing, especially 0:34 to 1:02.

  • @mduck Nah, different instrumentation.

  • Just as a side bar, nothing was visual (except in the movie). It was all auditory as the book explaines.

  • Learned a lot about Dr. Nash through the Movie and Book. Thx :-).

    In one scene, I felt sorry for Dr. Nash when he had to tell Charles and his niece he would not be able to speak to them again. Although, he realized that "they" were not real,, for a moment a part of him knew he would miss them. i.e., as he walked up the university steps, he had to ignore her wanting a hug with open arms. Am I putting to much into this?? Parcher, he was just so demanding and too stressful to deal with.

  • Dr. Rosen: You can’t reason your way out of this!

    Nash: Why not? Why can’t I?

    Dr. Rosen: Because your mind is where the problem is in the first place!

    * * * *

    Hansen: So how about it, Nash? You scared?

    Nash: Terrified… mortified… petrified… stupefied… by you.

    * * * *

    Charles: So what’s your story? You the poor kid that never got to go to Exeter or Andover?

    Nash: Well, Despite my privileged upbringing, I’m actually quite well-balanced. I have a chip on both shoulders.

  • It is most unwise to ever doubt the power of mathematics to improve the human condition. Mathematics is about to make the most profound contribution to human welfare ever. It is mathematics that will grant the human race the dignity of control over its own chemistry and DNA. To find out how, visit my channel and go to my site. • Yeah, the pieces all share similair aspects, hence when it comes to the movie, the songs don't stand too much out, while still retaining individuality. James Horner's trademark, I'd like to say, but all good soundtracks are made like this!! Music is amazing, thank you James Horner!!

  • a

    james horner

  • I actually just saw that a couple weeks ago...it was AMAZING! =)

  • Is it just me or do all of these pieces sound the same?

    I mean, don't get me wrong, I love them, but yeah... O_o?

  • You should check out Proof. It's a great movie with a math theme as well. Likewise, the movie's soundtrack is pretty much the same...just different tweaks here and there, haha.

  • @MrEinsteinz Thank you!!..i will check out proof..if you know other movies like these 2 ..please share them with me

  • @mduck92 kinda..

  • @mduck92 That's how soundtracks work. The composers make variations on a single theme.

  • What the hell

  • lmao

  • Floading with emition...is the best way to describe it.

  • Flooding with emotion would be a better description :P

  • This piece is soo.... mmmmmmmmm.

    Ahhh..... yes.
