i reckon he could become the 1st white man below 10 seconds - i thought he actually did it this yr as bolt finished in 9.77 and he seemed to finish right after him but 1) it was 10.08 and2) was not counte anyway cos of the wind too powerful

richard kilty did a 10.76 at U17 in 2006
his PB is 10.51 and he ran that in 2008
this year he ran 10.52 > slower than last year
the guys reached his peak
its game over for him
