Some besides idole could be toothpaste tbh it always works except i think toothpaste works better because it kinda stings which shoes it works

Just because something stings doesn't mean it works. All that means is that it has alcohol and it is probably irritating the skin.... be careful

@ayermay I would use baking soda alone first to see how it works (and it does work!) because using it with the other cleanser may be too much or too harsh on your skin. Besides, if your other cleanser is irritating your skin then using it with the baking soda will hide the results of the baking soda. Also note that baking soda is not baking powder, a lot of people confuse them - Cheers!

I actually use baking soda as part of my regiment...good to know others are so organic too :)...look at my baking soda regiment, followed by a lemon, honey and milk mixture

The only side effect is has is that is may irritate the skin if you rub it very hard against your skin. Also if you are allergic to sodium bicarbonate I would not use it.

Yes it actually does fade acne scars. It rubs away the dead skin leaves you beautiful skin behind. You might want to add lemon juice to your regime because lemon is natures natural skin lightener.

That is NOT underarm hair. I had a VERY bad allergic reaction to a deodorant I was using. Long story short caused a bad discoloration which will lead me to my next video someday soon "how to reduce discoloration of the skin"

@hmommachick hey!! thanks for the vid!! :) I am going to try this starting tonight! Next, I just wanted to tell you that lemon juice is awesome for discoloration. So for the underarms you can rub some on the arm pit after you wash with your regular skin care products...Worked for me after about 1 week!!

I couldnt get any baking soda around my area, but i hav baking powder & sodium bicarbonate ....since bicarb is too strong for the skin i heard ppl sayin mix both baking powder & bicarb n is baking soda!! isit true?

Honestly if I were you I wouldn't do it. I really don't want you to irriate your skin, especially if you already have pre-existing acne. Please be careful when mixing products. You can always order baking soda online for a $1.00

Baking soda is just another name for sodium bicarbonate. I use it on my skin because Arm&Hammer is not easy to get a hold of where I live.

@ChocolateBijin I actually look it up and everything I read did agree that for the most part they are the same, just be aware that some baking sodas like Armand Hammer add other things to the product.

Although sodium bicarbonate is the active ingredient in baking soda, I would NOT recommend it. I am not a doctor, but I am a chemistry major and pure sodium bicarbonate can really harm your skin...stay on the safe and cheap side, use baking soda

Baking Soda is great for a tub bath soak.... It makes the whole body soft. Add vinegar with cuts odor and great for women at a certain time of the month. My grandmother had all the remedies. : )
