The most recent version, I think around 1997, was tv movie called Bonnie and CLyde, the True Story, was way more acurate factually. By the time they were captured, Bonnie had been seriously burned in a car crash. So much so that for the rest of their time together, Clyde acutally had to carry her around because she couldn't walk. Can't remember the names of the actors, but i was well done.
Actually she was a shooter along with Clyde and Borrow. But instead of 1928 Thompson SMGS a.k.a. Tommy Gun. They use the M1928 Browning Automatic Rifle a.k.a. B.A.R.
Actually most accounts from her actual gang say she may have only pulled he trigger once, she was more logistics than anything else. Why you felt the need to include Clyde's preferred gun defeats me. I'm talking about the 2pac song, try read more.
This is a good movie but historically inacurate. Clyde was i think, 24 when he died, Bonnie about the same age. She was apparently a petite little think, only about 90 pounds. Warren Beatty is actually way to old for the role. Clyde was a skinny little guy and much younger. But who cares, just a movie.!

Reese Witherspoon is kind of cute but Faye Dunaway in the 60s was like one of the most beautiful women on film ever. There's no comparison. Just look at her bone structure. And her acting especially her facial expressions were perfect for Bonnie. The real bonnie and Clyde were not as good looking as Faye or Warren anyway.

i live in Joplin,MO.where they had a shootout with police in 1933 on April 1st! I am fascinated with them,but i think they got what they deserved! They chose a life of crime,and they paid the ultimate price!

even in this trailer alone the inaccuracies are terrible! The story of bonnie n clyde has been romanticised so much its become completly fucked up from the actual facts! but hey if you told the exact story in movies who wud wana watch it

The most recent version, I think around 1997, was tv movie called Bonnie and CLyde, the True Story, was way more acurate factually. By the time they were captured, Bonnie had been seriously burned in a car crash. So much so that for the rest of their time together, Clyde acutally had to carry her around because she couldn't walk. Can't remember the names of the actors, but i was well done.

Actually she was a shooter along with Clyde and Borrow. But instead of 1928 Thompson SMGS a.k.a. Tommy Gun. They use the M1928 Browning Automatic Rifle a.k.a. B.A.R.

This is a good movie but historically inacurate. Clyde was i think, 24 when he died, Bonnie about the same age. She was apparently a petite little think, only about 90 pounds. Warren Beatty is actually way to old for the role. Clyde was a skinny little guy and much younger. But who cares, just a movie.!

as far as i know..bonnie never fired a gun..i forgot the name of clydes sister (who made the testimony) . according to her, bonnie did not fire a gun veven once.. she just wanted to be with clyde werever he may be..

Well, according to Blanche's memoirs, she mentions Bonnie firing a gun on occasion. When it comes to family, you can't trust completely what they say. They'll always try to put their children/siblings in a good light.

In the book{ running with B & C }Ralph Fults said Bonnie hated guns and was scared of them,Clyde had a really hard time trying to talk her into smuggling the gun to him in jail.......

Clyde Barrow was officially credited with 14 murders,.Clyde was a expert gunman, and only stole powerful cars like Ford V-8 Roadsters, and often would practice agressive driving tecniques to keep himself sharp behind the wheel. Clyde ALLWAYS drove, and the 1967 movie only showed him driving once.

Well......... I am 50 and I remember when the movie came out,I NEVER thought Faye was that good looking in anything she did,I myself dont like blondes that much ,the real Bonnie was not blonde,I think she was very pretty,thats my opinion and that cant be changed.

The whole "bonnie and Clyde" thing happened around 1931 or so. They had two years robbing banks, getting shot up, then both died in an ambush by federal authorities. Strange couple.

The real Bonnie WAS blonde. In an interview her sister Billie called her a "dishwater blonde," which today we'd call a "dirty blonde." But she sometimes gave her hair a red tint which came out looking dark in black/white pictures.

I have a record of an interview with Billie......in it she says Clyde only robbed two banks,WRONG........I have almost every book ,record, movie ,made about Bonnie and Clyde and Billie is the one I would NOT believe in much .......she has been wrong about many other things too,all accounts I have read or heard say red or light red hair so THATS what I will believe ,you can believe what you wish thats why we call this AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Billie would know what color her sister's hair was. Like I said, sometimes she tinted her hair which gave it a strawberry blonde appearance.

And there were many lawsuits against this film for its lies of Frank Hamer ,the Hamer family sued the makers of the film and won, the same with W,D Jones he had a lawsuit but died before it was brought to trial, the movie says it was him who set B & C up for the ambush and it was not ,it was Henry Methvin,so again the movie was all Hollywood with basically no truth at all,IT SUCKS,JMO........

Reese Witherspoon is kind of cute but Faye Dunaway in the 60s was like one of the most beautiful women on film ever. There's no comparison. Just look at her bone structure. And her acting especially her facial expressions were perfect for Bonnie. The real bonnie and Clyde were not as good looking as Faye or Warren anyway.
