  • Isn't counterpoint pretty common in music nowadays? Especially in a band situation where you have at least a lead guitar, rhythm guitar, and a bass. Basically if you have a typical lead guitarist doing their job decently as well as a bassist that plays something a bit creative and not only base note of the general structure?

  • I love the passion with which he plays those pieces.. you can see how he has to stop himself from otherwise carrying on and being swept away by the music!
