It's hard to tell who did it, obviously. They still haven't found out who it was. But I don't really think that her parents killed her. They very well could have, but I just don't think they did. It's possible, but VERY hard to fake that kind of fear in a mothers voice.

the dna that was found was touch dna, meaning that someone unidentified had at some stage toutched her clothing, that could have occurred during manufacturing of the clothes and its process, packeting etc. tests were done on similar clothes with same origin and dna was found on them too.

google it, the dna findings does not exclude nor identify anyone, its just unknown dna cells, and very few of them. sorry about the spelling, I belive patsy did it, similar murders has happended before.

@earthangel98 The police not being able to find enough evidence against someone doesn't make them innocent (ever heard of OJ?). I know its hard for normal people to believe, but some parents are sick enough to kill/rape/sell/rent their own beautiful kids. I work in the area of pedophiles, and the #1 sexual abusers/killers of small children are parents and immediate relatives (ie., her "sleeping" brother).

I didn't say it was Ramsey DNA. there was more evidence pointing to a perp in the house, then there was outside. I know the American public doesn't want to believe that rich white Americans molest and pimp their kids out. @earthangel98 w/o getting graphic. There was evidence of her being sexually assaulted (autopsy, Google it) by a person and other objects (plastic parts found inside). She was also not the size of a regular 6yr old. she was the victim of CHRONIC sexual abuse. Now who do you think killed her? Either way, someone had allowed her innocence to be killed a long time before her death. Why were her parents not trying to at least find the rapist of their baby, post autopsy?

I think the Ramseys did get away with killing their daughter. Google for the "Bonita papers" and read Steve Thomas (a leading detective on that case) book Jonbenet-inside the Ramsey murder investigation .

It sounds mean but I think at least Patsy Ramsay got her punishment because finally the ovarian cancer killed her. Jonbenets death was horrific and the staging that followed even more.

listen to the end of the 911 call. FBI sound analysts found that her husband John is saying: "We're not talking to you." and her brother Burke is saying, "What did you find?" The Ramsey's lied and said that Burke was asleep.. they lied about a lot of things. What does that tell you?

They killed their daughter and came up with a kidnap theory they could sell to police to cover up. Then ordered their friends over to contaminate the house and John contaminated the body.

@broman2235 that's BS no sound analyst in the world would be able to do that. even if it's true, didn't mean anything about who killed her. they lied about some things. why because that's what the Boulder police dept claimed? initially Boulder police chose not to interview them. Her parents then sought legal counsel and their lawyers advise them not to grant police interviews so they became prime suspects. it's clear they botched up the investigation.
