Metro PCS Samsung Caliber Video Quality

My Samsung R810C from Straight Talk has really good video quality too, probably better than this one from the looks of it. I switched my entire family over to Straight Talk from MetroPCS and theyre in love with their new phones and service. The network runs on both Verizon and ATT towers so we always have full bars and we never get any dropped calls, not to mention the unlimited plan is only 45 bucks a month.

can you only play youtube videos only in the samsung calibre?

can you also play them in the finesse?

my sister have the samsung finesse with the smart phone plan

she bought it 6 months ago an she is not able to watch youtube videos is it because she have an old plan?

or because the finesse can not do it?
