  • I have 3 rotties, a border collie and 3 cats.. and whoever said cats and dogs can't get along and have fun was SO WRONG!!

Rotties are the best, so playful and nice and would protect the cats against any other dog or animal who would try to hurt them :-)

Rotties ♥ is one of a kind! ☺

  • Rottie: I can do this, and that, and grrr... and that too, you silly cat!

Kitty: Oh, yeah? Here, behave yourself, or else (slap... slap)!

  • My brother had a rottweiler a few years ago and he knows how to handle a dog. He was the sweetest, calmest dog and used to guard my brothers son when he was in his crib. Very well behaved, he didn't even take food from the table even if it was just right in front of his nose and he was unsupervised.

It all depends on the owner.

  • anyone who disliked this video is a really big idiot with nothing better to do......

  • I bet you have implanted an experimental computer chip in the dog's amygdula and you have a remote control to turn the Agression ON or OFF. In this vid you turned the agression OFF. If ON that cat woulda been the dog's lunch. That's my theory.

  • I have a polish lowland sheepdog and 2 day ago i took a little kitte from a dup (his mom was hit by a car). The dog is now like 16 or older but hes a better parent than most human i know.

  • I don't think any breed of domesticated dog is "naturally mean". I've seen German Shepherds and Doberman Pinschers painted as "vicious" before Pitbulls became the stereotypical "mean dog". Any dog can be mistreated or trained to be mean, and some breeds may be more nervous and rambunctious, but ultimately it's how the dog is treated that shapes it.

  • thats like asking is a chawawah a nasty dog (i cant spell) my rottieweiler bitch is as soft as a fluffy bear but as protective as a lion protecting his cubs, she would never hurt me or my family that lives in ur house, for all she knows shes a human being aswell, it has no matter what breed a dog it is, its a case of its owner, and i think alot of people know this anyway :) :)

  • thats like asking is a chawawah a nasty dog (i cant spell) my rottieweiler bitch is as soft as a fluffy bear but as protective as a lion protecting his cubs, she would never hurt me or my family that lives in ur house, for all she knows shes a human being aswell, it has no matter what breed a dog is whether its nasty or not, its a case of its owner, and i think alot of people know this anyway :) :)

  • I love how cats are smaller but act like if the dog touches them then he'll get the crud smacked out of him

  • my dog somehow thinks he is a lap dog, his name is plato. he is a mixed breed of a rottweiler (strong and bold) and a black lab (one of the smartest and nicest dog around). i gonna make funny vids of him. it gonna be called "PLATO THE ROTTWEILER SHOW"

  • rottweilers and pittbulls are as dangerous as any other dog. it really depends on the owner. if you treat your dog like crap, your dog will act like crap. So i dont know why people are such losers saying that rotties are mean cause thats stupid. but i am not trying to go against anyone. i just saying what people think and giving them the right fact

  • no dog is dangerous...just the fucking owners...and wats the last thing that go's dogs mind "confusing"thats wat....and wat happens the week after the owner get out of jail and the dog is died. wat does the owner say to himself when he get out "i think i'll get myself an other dog... and the same thing is repeated.the law is fuck't up.i'll solve the problem "put the owners down and the dogs in the doghouse...and the law called me dumb just because i don't have degrees.well do your fucking jobs

  • this was recorded with a calculator

  • @Koscheck2011 ahahah

  • Had my rottie, Dallas, for 12 years before he died in 2006. He was such a beautiful dog & so misunderstood. We had him fenced in (he broke all of the chains) & caught 1 or 2 people throwing rocks at him from the road a couple of times even though he hadn't harmed a fly. So much unnecessary hate and mistreatment for a wonderful breed.

  • @bigbluegirl06 the media are the ones to blaim for breed haters, they're one of the best breed's out there, and it's a shame that some people don't put the effort into raising them right, I love em

  • Too cute

  • my cat beats the crap outta my rottie daily lol and my rottie never retaliates, the dog wants to play and the cat simply does not.

  • its not the dog.....is always the humans!!!!! They are nasty!!!i love Rotties....

  • my rotty does the same thing with my cat :)

  • Such a pity you chopped it's tail off.. I'm glad thats forbidden here. :-)

  • @JoeskaMG It's very humane to chop their tails, otherwise they're prone to throwing out their hips.

  • No rottys are beautiful dogs loyal and sweet

  • this dog really wants to play with cats :'( so sad that cats don't want to play with him

  • Dog and cat when video ended- "Oh shit, he's onto us, let's go" lol

  • ............when this video ended the dog ate the cat

  • hold on

    they got BUSTED!

  • a dog is only what its owners make it iknow a rotty and hes abig gentle giantlove him mythras90x

  • AHAHAHA. Seems my Rotty with my old cat.

  • Rotties are good, but mine has developed a bad habit of killing things. Either for attention or if they wander too close to her domain.

  • typical rotty....PLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAY......PLEASE......PLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAYPLAY

  • @justduncan More like every puppy. AND Rotts, I love mine to death.

  • My uncle has a Rott named Cass, and that dog is the most protective and smartest dog I know. They taught him how to say I love you lol and most of all, you can talk to him like a human and its like he knows what you're talking about. They can talk about something they lost and Cass can find it. Its crazy. They can say "go lay down in the hallway" or anywhere else in the house and he knows exactly where to go and what to do... hes really smart

  • been attacked by a rotty but i should mention i was in a fist fight with his owner (guy was a piece of shit and tried to kidknap my son) i won well with the help of police and 80% of my body covered with bruises but that fucking owner got a good boat to the face too could see my shoe mark on his face

  • Rotties aren`t mean. It`s the STUPID owners who make them mean.

Don`t blame the breed, blame the deed.

  • Amen i have 3 and have kids it is all in the person Behind the dog

  • More proof that dogs aren't viscious or stupiud...some of their owners are.

This guy acts much like my 2 Dobermans, a social, friendly pooch.

  • im impressed with my rotti. Full of character .I took it for a run while i was riding my bike, wowwwwwwwwwww fast dog. i couldnt keep up. people think they gotta train their rotties to be guard dogs when they dont, they are natural guard dogs.

  • daft bugger lol

  • so your going to say fuck them for an act of one individual? that would be the same as saying fuck al germans for what hitler did (that's not my opinion, just making a point) and besides, you can treat your dog real nice, but still wrong, when you don't discipline him, for example

  • @rathmiron, are yoy comparing how a dog/cat is being treated to over 100 mill people getting killed in one of the most important wars in human history, you know when someone is full of shit when they have to use ridiculous comparisions to try and prove a point

  • A rottweiler with no history of violence and great owners mauled and nearly killed my dog. Fuck them... and pitbulls as well.

  • @Mrgyn Fuck you, and your family as well

  • @kenshin444447

    Typical.

  • Any dog can be violent. It depends on its training or breeding. Rottweilers can be so dangerous because they are very easy to train to be, especially when brought up by some bastard that neglects them and probably trains them to fight. Which is horrific and is why charities are so over run with pets that have been removed from owners that breed and force dogs to fight.

  • where is the rottie all i see ia a mutt and a cat

  • that cat is like ah good grasshoppah, now lets run!

  • and it's the boxing match we have all been waiting for folks LOOK at that fancy foot work

  • everyone who is sayin they think rottweilers are dumbass r dumbasses im 12 and ive grew up raising rooties since i was 3 i love them to death theres no bad dog ony bad OWNERS

  • Rotties are nasty clowny dogs.

  • sooo there not nasty... instead there dumb as fuck

  • @punjaab53 Rotties are above average in dog intelligence. Bulldogs, Beagles are the at the bottom, Poodles and Border collies at the top... Rotties are quite smart for working dogs, used as war dogs in Roman times, also protected money when traveling to banks (tied $ around dogs neck).

They can be trained very easily, loyal, usually quiet & passive. Excellent guard dogs, family pet.

Had one for years, but just as humans, some are smarter then others...

    Right Punjaab?

  • the point is every breed of dog has attacked someone before but the only reason rotweilers get so much hate is they do the damage just like pit bulls ect. no one cares if a pug tries to maul someone

  • lol @ the jack-in-a-box dog attack... soo sweet.

  • there are no bad dogs just bad owners

  • thats cute the dog jumpig about and cat just watching

  • Good response momsroo :) I have a rott and a pitt and they are wonderfull. They are loving to all my freinds and family and no when to be protective. There best freinds are our cats.

  • haha, reminds me of my Rottie Cody :)

  • See? What's dangerous about this? But I'm not sure the cat wants to play, though.

  • Ha, ha! what a ferocious dog. lol

  • Rotties are great animals!(Almost all dogs are!) they are not dangerous as long as u train them properly they are loyal smart and loving!

If a dog is dangerous then its been trained/abused to react that way to other animals end of story.

  • A rottweiler is as dangerous as an elephant.

  • @wistiking elephants are dangerous dogs are not.

  • @MasterOfFlash92 they are both dangerous under the wrong circumstances, human beings are more dangerous than ANYTHING... I hate it when people say "Rottweilers have attacked children before, so my kids not going near one"... OK well with that philosophy, Humans have attacked children, uncles have raped nephews, fathers have killed daughters, teachers have abused pupils..... what kinda logic is that LOL, these people are morons, don't even argue with them

  • @wistiking No they are not! dont be fucking stupid..

  • @wistiking Have any idea how dangerous elephants are?

  • @TheSocalsocial lol ya he used the wrong analogy! elephants are freaking dangerous lol

  • HELL NO ROTTS ARENT DANGEROUS! it all deoends on the trainer. rotts are one of the smartest breeds of dogs and also one of th emost loyal. i have a rottweiler that is extremely well behaved and never would hurt anything in her life. i love her to death. and i mean to death

  • @zander1116 How do you feel about pit bulls?

  • @kenshin444447 I have never had one but i am sure it would be the same situation

  • @zander1116 i know what you mean, i had a couple of them, and my 3 year old niece love to peel some peanuts for them, and with all the tender and class of the world they eat the peanuts right from her hand, she even hold the peanut with her teeth to feed them, oh man i really,0 really miss them a lot, cant wait to dream about them

  • @zander1116 same here i wish pepole would understand what u just said but noo we have to deal with pepole who dont know one thing about rotties sayy oh thier soo visous , u made my day zander :D

  • @smilealotie haha thats good to hear

  • @zander1116 I can't say my Rott wouldn't hurt anything. Not because he is agressive mind you, but because it's huge (even for a rottie) and seems to think he is a lapdog... He just loves jumping and running around like a small dog. I know i should've trained him not to do it... but it's just so adorable :p

  • @tykk86 my rott used to be the same way, but now her hips are so bad that she has trouble walking up and down stairs. :(

  • @zander1116 i agree. the freakin owners effect how the dogs act

  • they obviously know each other (the cat and the dog). my dog does the same with my sisters cat but tries to kill any cat she doesnt know.that rotty would mess up a strange cat as would most any dog.

  • My rottie does same things when she wants to play!!! Amazing dogs!!!

  • the problem is : rotties are favourite dogs of mean owners......

  • Oh how cute. Your rottie sure has springs in his backside. He loves to play with that cat.

  • Most dogs will attack anyone or anything completely unprovoked, and out of the clear blue sky. You never know when it's coming, that's the beauty of it.

  • dog: play with me

    cat: f**k off!

    dog: please!

    cat: NO!

  • The dog is playing.....cat is trying to harm the dog

  • theres a reason rotties are cesaer's fave dogs... loyal smart lving with the family and as he puts it "you know when you leave your rottie with your family, your family will be there when you get back" as in they will protect you and your family with their lives...

  • I used to have a Rottie and it was the best most loyal dog I have ever owned.

  • the dog bless him was using up so much energy and the cat was like i'll just stay put thanks ,cute animals, love big dogs

  • A holes can create a monster out of any breed. Rottis properly trained are wonderfull loyal dogs, they need a lot of exercise a firm but loving hand.

  • A family friend had 3 guard dogs for their work.

Two alsatians and a rottie. One morning he opened up to find the rott had killed the two alsatians.

    Lovely breed.

And remember, if they rip your child apart, it's your fault as the owner. Never the dog's.

  • @Cathain78

That's correct. It is the owner's fault. The majority of people don't know shit about dogs just like they don't know shit about properly raising kids and have kids anyway. That family friend probably didn't even recognize any dominant behavior by the Rottie or decided it was a good thing. Explain why someone like Cesar Millan knows how to keep pack full of the most "vicious" dogs incl Rotties and Pits. Because unlike most owners, he knows dogs.

  • DO ROTTWEILERS HAVE TAILS?

  • @molinocj unfortunately, people crop this breed as well as like pitbulls, dobermans, jack russels, etc. :(

  • I'M CALLING THE COPS

  • rottweilers r amazing dogs my dad had one b4 i was born but i will walk in his footsteps

  • Rottweilers are all aggressive, when the camera stopped he tore that cat a new one

  • @conzaradikal lol hahahaha

  • rottweiler haha my cousin had 1 and it was scared of there pet rabbit :D

  • Cat no scare

  • Rottie: Catch me if you can. You missed me, you missed me! Na-na-na-na-na-na!

  • the rottweiler is not a vicious dog.its very inteligent, loyal, loving, and mostly protective dog....but if its not proprly trained the rotty can become really distructive and aggresive.....so its not a good idea to neglect this beautiful dog........to train a rottweiler taakes some time but when he growws up the results will be wonderfulll....so i advise if u are looking for a full-extra dog and if u thin k you can handle the training this the dog u need :)

  • this is just like my rottie, my cat bats her on the nose when she gets too excited but they are best friends they snuggle up together!

  • I must say they are one of the smartest breeds I have ever owned, they are not vicious in any way shape or form, if anything they are just really playful. They want to make a game out everything, mine thinks its a game just waking up in the morning and getting out of bed. Beautiful, intelligent, strong, loyal all around amazing breed of dog. peoples ignorance of this dog is what gives them a bad name, its just like gun the less you know about them the more dangerous they are to people around you

  • OH HOW CUTE

  • less the hip problems rotties are'nt a bad breed ov dog

i had one he must have better than 150 lbs easy it wasn't fat either he was about 3ft at the sholders he was the biggest sissy I've ever seen

he was scared ov ferrets and cats

the ferrets would get in the dogs food bowl and he would'nt go near it

the ferrets would chase the dog around the house

the cats were'nt scared ov the ferrets

and ov course ferrets arent scared ov anything

  • The rottweiler is like "CAN'T GET ME!! NOPE!! CAN'T ! HAHA!!"

  • Is it just one moron who keeps putting a rottie with a cat or are there a few idiots out there??

  • rottweiler are stupid and so nasty

  • @TheLoOrenZzz idiota completa tu cometario maldito idiota basura humana

  • @TheLoOrenZzz your wrong :)

  • There's too much proving that ANY dog no matter what the breed can be gentle, It's always the owner who is bad for making them vicious!!

Look at the UK's law on putting all *banned* dangerous dog breeds down (American Pit Bull)

When found they're taken from the owners and put down all because some irresponsible jerks like to stage dog fights.

Dogs only attack as Defence when threatened or indeed frightened.

  • LOL

Your poor pup would be eaten by my cat

  • CATCH ME IF YOU CAN!

  • Rottweilers are only vicious if you treat them like a vicious dog, but if you treat it right then the rottie can basically be like a poodle.

  • @PookeoResurrected Funnily enough my friend had a standard poodle and a rottie and it was the poodle who you had to watch out for; the rottie was a big softy.

  • rots aren't rlly nasty dogs buh they are very destructive Dx

  • Im honestly more scared of a cats claws than any dog ive ever seen.

  • i love rottweilers, i use to be scared of them, but then i got one myself and i found them to be my favorite breed of dog i have had thus far (and i've had plenty)

  • Dogs are only as good or as nasty as their owners raise them to be.

  • do you still have that cat?

  • puppy wants to play!!

  • cats are the nasty ones not the dogs

  • @tttrrroooyyy How nasty? That cat knows he cant "play" with a strong dog like that, he was just telling the dog to leave him in peace.

  • @roner61 and to Ronner61

The cat would leave if he did not want to be there

A friend of mine has a 100lb rott that raised a blind kitten

and she used to get back scratches from a rescued baby squirrel

    Do not judge the breed

    judge the dog

  • i agree with yoo its all how theyre trained, my rottie is such beautiful cuddle toy she wont bite anyone, its just idiots that give the dogs bad names by mistreating them, im more scared of my girlfriends cat than my rottie, and so is the rottie, that cat is nasty

  • he could have killed the cat he was just playing

  • @naureensd Dogs instincts are not to kill while playing, FYI. So no, prob not.... Cats arn't that fragile anyhow.

  • soooo cute. reminds me of mine with my cats

  • 23 kids got mauled this past two days in the uk. Not the dogs fault but bad owners

  • 23 kids got mauled this past two days in the uk

  • To end the dispute of its the dogs mentality forever,

I have a rottweiler pitbull mix and she is the sweetest dog ever.

  • aww:) in my eyes, all dogs are different..

  • I've met a few Rotties that were gentle as hell. One was like the neighborhood dog. She went around to all the kids houses and played with them. One day, one of my friends came over and when I saw Hannah (the Rottie), I pretended I was afraid of her and ran home. Of course, Hannah came chasing after us, wanting to play. My friend was scared as hell, ran right by me to get inside. I "fell" and pretended she was attacking me. lol His reaction was priceless.

  • I grew up with a rottie, lovable, protective and loyal, guys like mongolen don't realize that just about any dog can be vicious depending on how they're treated as they're maturing, and ANY dog can be trained to attack, just dogs like rotties and german shepherds take to instructions better than say... a yorkshire terrier lol

  • this dogs have a bad name due to seeing them in films and through people hearing there vicious dogs, there not it all depends on how there raised mines 3 years old and still thinks shes a pup like a baby....

  • And Im sick of the: "It's how you treat the dog blablabla" defense...you're undermining your fucking argument...that means, that you yourself know that a rottweiler can be potentially dangerous, so why own one? Oh yeah...I forgot...you idiots don't have a personality and need to get attention by owning a potentially dangerous animal. Eat shit and die you pathetic fuckers.

  • @mongolenpup okay buddy everything is potentially dangerous riding in a car you could get hurt or killed does that you meen you shouldnt do it and i dont give a fuck what the public views rottwielers or anyonther breed of dog as ive had two rottwielers and all theyve ever done is good things for me if you dont wanna get one or try having an animal be there for you shut the fuck and let pet owners do their thing you ignorant bitch -.-

  • @bloodhound55 you are not a good advocate for Rottweilers. Grow up.

  • @kenfo0 shutup -.- if hes gonna be a dick ill go down to his level. you dont have to watch ^.^

  • @bloodhound55 Hmmm...no, thx. I think I'll say what I please on a public site. You are not a good advocate for Rottweilers. Grow up.

  • @mongolenpup so much anger, so little logic... "its how you treat/raise a dog" works for every breed, not just rottweilers. Every dog can be potentially dangerous, large dogs of any breed can do serious damage. A while ago, I read an article about golden retriever therapy dog seriously damaging their owner's hand (in case you don't know, it doesn't get any friendlier then therapy dog, Rotts btw, work extremely well in that capacity), when they were caught in accidental painful situation.

  • @FireRose77 Yeah...true...but come on...let's face it...rottweilers, pitbulls etc. are naturally more aggressive and protective...I have nothing against the breed. It's the owner's attitude. Look what I can do. I can train the dangerous bad boys of the dogworld to be gentle...Behold my special powers of dogwhispering and taming nature. That's what all these freakin videos here are about. It's annoying, cause all it is, is human arrogance.

  • It's so nice to see what you have written on your video description, I totally agree.

  • роттвелеры любят поиграть

  • Love love love those rotties

  • My half Rott/Black Lab is my son and not just a dog or something I own. He is a part of the family and I can't imagine being without him. He's a good companion and protector and he is smarter than some people I know! Best dog ever!

  • Rotweelers are beautiful dogs, smart and loyal. You should see friend of mine who has a daughter who is 3 years old and you should see how much rottweelers takes care of her when she walks around. She follows her around and wont allow her to come close to stairs for some reason she pull her away from it. She is an amazing dog.

  • @reddwarf50

Rotties are a herding dog to protect the flock from wolves and predators, My Rotty use to do the same thing to all the children swimming in the pond. He would gather them up into a flock and keep them from the deep water. He was a great dog.

  • @blkbd Our Rottie used to herd the kids and the other pets. She is 11 now, and has slowed down quite a bit. But on occasion she still tries to herd the Bullmastiff--and looks happy as can be when she's doing it.

  • BANNED!?!? My family in the U.S. has had Rotties for over 20 yrs & they are the gentlest, most loving breed! I can't imagine living WITHOUT 1 or 2 in the house. I consider them one of the best breeds out there. So do all my friends who have met ours. Most problems are in BREEDERS who inbreed or breed poor bloodlines to get puppies fast for a quick buck. Then you get lower intelligence, personality quirks, and unexpected results. People used to ask what ours were before they became popular.

  • Yeah, people who think Rotties are naturally vicious don't know dogs. Mean dogs are the products of mean owners. I expect my dogs to be protective under appropriate circumstances--and they are. But naturally people aggressive? Absolutely not. We have a Rottie, a Bullmastiff, and a cat. It's the cat you need to be wary of.

  • @momsroo LOL.. same in my house.. its the cats that have more bite than bark lol..

  • @momsroo so pitbulls, german shepherd, dobermans and rottweilers are not naturally more aggressive, although they were bred to be just that? Man...instead of owning a dog that's regarded as dangerous in the public eye, which has some merit to it, why don't you just develope a personality you boring FUCK. Nobody gives a shit about you, or your stupid dog.

  • @momsroo ppl think the same thing about pitbulls and they are retarded. very good dogs

  • @momsroo right on I got a rottweiler named goober he is of the german breed and we live on an farm and he will lay down and let the kittens walk all over him and he doesn't care and it is funny to see a 150 pound dog wrestle with a 10 pound cat. A dogs attitude is based on the owner. No dog is born naturally aggresive it just depends on how the owners raise it.

  • @momsroo Haha! Can you please make some videos of your cat "misbehaving" for lack of a better word? That would be awesome!

  • @ACCECanada : Wish I could! But as soon as the video camera comes out, all three of them stop cooperating. It's funny to see these 100 lb dogs stop dead in their tracks, afraid to walk past the cat. I guess her claws are mightier than their weight...

  • @momsroo i know but they take a lot of work to get right so they dont attack someone assuming their a threat to the family. these dogs are can do damage

  • @momsroo Agreed

  • love Rottweilers. they're just BIG puppies

  • @eatshit8die I accidentally voted your comment down :(

  • Lool :P

  • BEST DOG I EVER OWNED..R.I.P. BUBBA..08/2007

  • @blueeyes40dd You ever "owned"? H-How dare you! Dogs aren't property that are Owned.. they are a part of family like a sibling or a child.. but not a tool!

  • i had a dog half rottie half lab, he was the dopiest gentles smartest dog you'd ever met...they have a personality like no other and love you unconditionally.

  • Well I think they should make it illegal to take them off lead. They are quite dangerous and some turn out to be okay. Once I was walking down the beach and a off lead rotty jumped on me. It wasn't excited it just jumped so it scratched my leg :(

  • Rottweiler: beautiful, intelligent., loyal breed.

  • @KybaHaus Tru tru :'D

  • @KybaHaus XD remember their playful to my friend has a fully grown rottweiler and wen me and him were like 4 we both weighd like 25 punds XD and we pretended that we were bull riders and sat on him cause the dog weighed like 50-60 pounds ahhh goood times :D

  • @KybaHaus Yeah, they're also friggen huge and make your whole house smell like shit.

  • Nah rottwielers can be really vicious but most owners are responcible and love them so they turn out ok

  • Awwwwww =^.^= Grumpy Kitty: "I will NOT play with you!" Rotty: "PLEASEEE"

  • This dog reminds me of Pluto (dog of Mickey Mouse) :D

  • are u sure rottweilers are banned in the uk ??? i seen loads

  • he wants to play and the kitty is watching the dog run around like a crazed idiot lol cute cat and dog :)

  • rotts r nice dogs !! i got 1

  • Oh yeah he killed the cat just after they shut off the video
