when i do gym people question my routine, i'm 17years old and have been lifting for about 6 months. I've gained over 10kg mainly muscle. Yet, my friends keep telling me to take rest periods. They say i need to have a rest day or you wont grow muscle. fuck growing muscle i lift because i love the feeling. I don't want to go a day without training. And now from this day 6 months into my training i still haven't had one rest day not one day to recover because i love the feeling of gym so much.
