  • i do this everytime as a wormup before any workout.I used to feel muscle pain on my shoulder

    with any upperbody exercise byt not anymore.I recomend this to anyone , i use very light resistence so theres no fear of overtrain or injury .

  • is it good to do it more then once a day? and how many days per week ?
