You assume that the word "incest" existed then as it does now. The notion only applied between parents and children only at that time. God did nothing wrong at all. Also, God made us in his image, as in the ability to feel and act as he does, possibly even the look itself, but humans are subject to frailties that He is not - which is why it's called an "Image" and not a "Clone"! ;)
