i think the reason why they didnt make this a single is due to the fact that there isnt much english init, only a few bits but not as much as gee. but it still should of been on the album

Boomerang is a quite good song, but I think that Gee is a better choice because Gee is really a wonderful song and thanks to Gee, Girls' Generation became one of the first-rated K-Pop idol-girlgroups until today and forever in the future! FIGHTING =))

As much as I love this song, I'm glad they went with Gee, because I honestly don't think this would've been what they needed to get all those awards that Gee got them. They wouldn't be nearly as successful now. It's amazing how close they were to a totally different fate, and the decision to not go with this song changed kpop history.

and I think gee was better than this song at the time. they just finished kissing you (if I remember correctly) and gee was a good transition song form that to genie. Bomerang is a good song for they're repackaged album though. well that's what I think :)
