Chemistry is a huge part of this game, imo. I, with a 31 Chemistry (just started UT), constantly get in trouble because of my passing which is affected by Chemistry.

chemistry makes a huge difference. all  my players are english and play in the EPL, and rarely do passes go astray or free kicks get messed up. It's not essential but makes things a hell of alot easier
